The word NOIL is of Mayan origin and means greatness. Our motto is: Find the greatness within you. Today you can learn more about the origin of our philosophy and our commitment to the well-being of our buyers.
At 20 years old I have discovered that life is mostly made up of everyday moments, moments that may seem simple because they can be done at any time and by anyone, but in essence they are valuable because they bring with them an internal feeling of joy. and happiness that lasts over time. It is up to oneself to appreciate and enjoy them to the fullest because yes, we can be overwhelmingly happy on a trip, this is part of the extraordinary, since the vast majority of us are limited by responsibilities, availability of time and budget. That is why I like to emphasize that we must “ritualize” the everyday, what we can do daily and that almost always only requires our disposition. In my case these activities are: meditation at the beginning of the day, affirmations, strength training, yoga, reading, moments of gratitude, journaling, listening to a podcast, studying languages. As you can see, these activities are part of my daily routine, some days I have the privilege of doing them all, but what I do make sure is to do at least one of them no matter how busy I am or where I am. .
By ritualizing, I mean turning any of these actions into a more pleasant, pleasant and comprehensive ceremony. In my case, the use of an element as important as light has allowed me to connect with myself, clarify my ideas, focus on the present moment, relax with a pleasant aroma or simply as I once heard Oprah Winfrey say: “Quiet my mind, appreciating the flame of a candle.”
At NOIL we seek to promote these spaces in which our buyers can discover that greatness that already resides within them and that only requires them to realize that it has always been there, waiting to be activated. Our invitation beyond lighting a candle is to find those activities that you genuinely enjoy and seek to make them even more pleasant by stimulating the five senses.
